RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Withdrawal and application

You have the right to withdraw from the present contract, without giving any reason, within fourteen days. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day, you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the artwork. You will therefore need to justify the delivery reception date for the artwork. 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Artcliko of your decision by writing a statement and sending it by email to: contact@artcliko.com or by filling in, on your online account, the provided form for this purpose - see Order History / Returns.  

This declaration must be made before the expiration of the withdrawal period and must be accurate, precisely with the identification of the Work and Artist concerned. 

 

Returns of artworks following the exercise of your right of withdrawal

Following this statement, you will need to return the good.

Artcliko will transmit the form or retraction statement straight away to the Artist in question and will email you the Artist’s address in order to return the Work. 

Returning the goods should be made without undue delay and, in any case, not later than fourteen days after you have communicated us your decision to withdraw from this contract. This deadline is met if you send back the goods before the expiration period of fourteen days.

The same transportation arrangements as on the way will be used to return the artwork. It should be placed into its original packaging or, where appropriate, if it has been destroyed, you will need to replace the secure packaging at your expense.

Please insert the corresponding purchase invoice or return form inside the package.

 

Refunds following the exercise of your right of withdrawal

In case of withdrawal from you, we will refund all payments received from you. However, you must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.  

We will proceed with the refund by using the same payment method that you have used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree in a different way; in any case, such reimbursement does not incur any fees for you.

Once the returning artwork is received by the artist, you will be refunded as soon as possible of the full amount paid for your order. The cost of return will remain the responsibility of the Buyer. 

It is important to provide a detailed proof of shipping by email to contact@artcliko.com or to send us the parcel tracking number on your Artcliko account.

 

Complaints due to damage or non-compliance

Artcliko makes every effort to ensure the artworks that are delivered to you in excellent conditions, both in the packaging of the artworks and in their care during transport. Despite all these precautions, it is possible that exceptionally, the artwork reaches you damaged or does not conform to your order.  

If you notice that the artwork delivered to you is not compliant, has a defect or is damaged, you must inform Artcliko without delay by email to contact@artcliko.com

It is important that you let us know the nature of the defect, non-conformity or damage found and send us any relevant documentary evidence, mainly through photographs.

 

Returns due to damage or non-compliance

Artcliko will do its best to address the issue as soon as possible by helping you find a solution with the carrier or with the artist.

In any case, the return of the concerned artwork will be organised by Artcliko who will inform the artist immediately and will email you his address in order to ship the artwork.

Artcliko will make the return arrangements with a specialised carrier that will pick up the artwork from your home. You will just have to put the artwork to return in its original packaging or, if need be, if the packaging has been destroyed, you will have to replace the secure packing at your expense.

Refunds due to damage or non-compliance

Return costs will not be of your responsibility.

Once the artwork in return is received by the artist and the necessary checks are carried out, we will offer, depending on cases, either the restoration or replacement of the Work to the extent possible. If the restoration or replacement of the artwork are impossible, you will be refunded the full price paid for it as well as corresponding shipping costs, as soonas possible.

We will proceed with the refund by using the same payment method that you have used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree in a different way; in any case, such reimbursement does not incur any fees for you.
